{"id":7922,"date":"2021-04-19T13:12:50","date_gmt":"2021-04-19T12:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cegea.upv.es\/?p=7922"},"modified":"2021-04-19T13:13:25","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T12:13:25","slug":"study-of-the-impact-of-covid-on-industrial-companies-of-the-valencian-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cegea.upv.es\/?p=7922","title":{"rendered":"Study of the impact of COVID on industrial companies of the Valencian region"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A study carried out in CEGEA by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegea.upv.es\/es\/presentacion\/miembros-2\/segui-mas-elies\/\">Elies Segu\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegea.upv.es\/es\/presentacion\/miembros-2\/tomo-carbo-guillermina\/\">Guillermina Tormo<\/a>, Xavier Molina and Luis Mart\u00ednez reflects \u00abdevastating effects\u00bb of the pandemic in the industry but also \u00abhopeful signs\u00bb in the response of SMEs, including the promotion of innnovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study, based on a sample of 520 companies -from ten different sectors-, shows that the pandemic has had a great impact on current and future sales with a greater effect for small companies and that his impact is uneven according to the activity sector.
